I am moving into my new house soon, and I was wondering if I should take these paper cranes with me. The reason why I am pondering over this answer is because of the fragile state they are in.(They could fall apart easily.) I worked very hard on it, and would be sad to see it get destroyed.

Excuse the poor quality of photos, it is almost 3 a.m., and climbing on dining tables is quite scary! My bruise is getting sort of better from my fall, and I will try not to be as clumsy! Outfit post will come soon! :)

Should I keep it or leave it for the new owner?

  2. you could save them if you really want to, or you could (when you find the time) experiment and make some new ones for your new home? They are stunning! x

  4. So beautiful~ I would try and take them with you! From what I remember, paper cranes can be stacked (depending on how you folded them) so maybe you could put them in a box and carry it with you rather than putting it with your other belongings?

  7. I would take them with you and experiment in hanging them from all different lengths of string. I would also try to hang them from tiny eye-hooks rather than tape, it will make it look less arts and crafts.

  8. I have thought about hanging them in different lengths of string, but got too lazy in the process. These little things were so much work! Thank you for the advice as well ;) I need a lot of DIY practice.

  14. Such intricate work! But, as I say this, I also encourage you to leave them... If I were moving into the place, I'd be elated to see something so special already making it a home!
